Privacy notice
Last updated 20 October 2026. This site is operated on behalf of the property owner, who receives and answers every inquiry personally.
What we collect
Availability inquiries: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, yacht or company (optional), intended dates, number of guests, purpose of stay and any requirements you write, plus the time of the inquiry.
Private gallery requests: your name, email, phone (optional), yacht or management company, purpose and any note you add. If the owner approves the request, we also record the time of approval and the expiry of the link we send you.
To limit abuse we keep a one-way hash of your IP address for one hour; the address itself is not stored.
Why we use it
Only to answer your inquiry, review a gallery request, discuss availability and terms, and, if you go ahead, arrange your stay. We do not sell or share your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists. Gallery access is decided by the owner personally; nothing is granted automatically.
Where it is kept
Submissions are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and delivered to the owner by email. Interior photographs are held in private storage and served only through time-limited, personal links. Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes limited technical information about your browser.
How long we keep it
Availability inquiries that do not lead to a stay are deleted after 12 months. Gallery requests are deleted after 90 days; gallery links expire after 72 hours and can be revoked earlier. If you stay with us, we keep the records needed for the stay and for legal and tax purposes.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The spam-protection check may use technical storage that is strictly necessary for it to work.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent. Reply to any email you have received from us, or submit the availability form with "Privacy request" in the requirements field, and we will act on it.
